Introducing Ita Domine

withDomine is becoming Ita Domine—a name rooted in our mission to give more people the opportunity to say, “Yes, O Lord.”

Marlo Major · November 2, 2026

The approved Ita Domine wordmark on a warm charcoal background with the words Yes, O Lord.

Today, withDomine becomes Ita Domine. I want to explain the name, because it expresses the reason this company exists.

A name rooted in our mission.

Our mission is to give more people the opportunity to say, “Yes, O Lord.”

A person walks into a parish with questions. Someone begins preparing for Baptism. Someone returns to the Church after years away. Someone takes a first, uncertain step toward Christ.

The Church is there to meet them. And the people doing that work deserve tools that help them be present, remember, and follow through. That is the work we want to serve.

Why Ita Domine?

Ita, Domine. Yes, Lord.

St. Augustine reflects on these words in Sermon 77, sections 10–11, on the Canaanite woman in Matthew’s Gospel. She comes to Christ seeking healing for her daughter. Even through a difficult exchange, she continues to ask for mercy. Augustine includes her response, “Ita, Domine,” and emphasizes the humility and persistent faith with which she approaches Him.

That is the spirit we hope to carry: a willingness to come before Christ, to trust Him, and to keep turning toward Him.

For us, “Yes, O Lord” is both a prayer and a purpose. We want more people to have the opportunity to encounter Him and answer freely, faithfully, and with their whole lives.

Making room for that answer.

There is a great deal of ordinary work around a person’s journey into the Church. A first inquiry needs a reply. A conversation needs to happen. A sponsor needs to be contacted. A document needs to be found. Someone who has stopped coming needs to know they have been missed.

Those details matter because of the person they belong to.

When parish teams have a clear view of that work, they can give more of their attention to the people entrusted to them. They can spend less time reconstructing a story across spreadsheets and messages, and more time listening to the person in front of them.

We build software to help carry that administrative work. The purpose behind it is the salvation of souls.

Ita Domine keeps that purpose before us. Each time we say the name, it reminds us of the answer we hope our work can help make room for.

What this means for you.

You will begin seeing Ita Domine on our website and public marketing materials, and our new website address is itadomine.com. Existing withdomine.com website links will continue to bring you to the corresponding pages.

Your parish workspace, sign-in address, and current email contacts continue to work as they do today. During this first stage, you may still see withDomine inside the application and in email.

If you already work with us, thank you for letting us serve alongside you. If you are meeting us for the first time, I hope the name tells you something about why we are here.

For the person beginning to ask questions. For the person finding the courage to return. For the person preparing to enter the Church. May more people have the opportunity to say:

Ita, Domine
